I accept payment via credit card, paypal, personal cheque or postal order (please send any postal orders via recorded delivery) Please note that cheques can take up to 6 days to clear. Please make any cheques payable to BEADYKATE.

ORDERS FROM THE REST OF EUROPE & USA
I am happy to accept orders from the rest of Europe and the USA. Please EMAIL your order to me and I will get back to you as soon as possible with shipping costs. I can accept payment via Credit Card, Paypal or Moneygram for International orders. You can also send Euros in cash but they MUST be sent via registered mail! £0.01 - 10.00 = £1.25
£10.00 - £25.00 = £1.75
£25.01 - £50.00 = £2.50
£50.00 and above FREE STANDARD POSTAGE
INSURANCE
All parcels are sent via the standard royal mail postal service but insurance is available. Please use the drop down menu on the order page, where it states postage by cost, to add recorded delivery (insurance up to £34) or special delivery (insurance up to £250)
When posting by standard delivery I always obtain a proof of postage certificate. If in the unlikely event your parcel does go missing I will help you to claim for compensation from the post office but I will not be able to replace your parcel if insurance is not taken.

RETURNING ITEMS
If you do wish to return any items for either a refund or a replacement product please do so within 7 working days.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Occasionally some items may be out of stock. These items will be put on back order for you. Please allow up to 14 days for back ordered items to be delivered. If I am unable to send these items within 14 days I will contact you to offer a substitute item if available.
